Jean, you gotta be proud of me.
2PM's "Again & Again".

this version even has the routine switched up in the middle! but as you already know, my fave bit is the interlocking hands ;) and i LOVE how the girls are chanting along at the right bits..it's organised chaos! FANGIRLZ WIN.

2PM >>>> Super Junior, IM(NS)HO.

thanks ven for the intro to KBS (which i didn't even know i had) and Music Bank and boys over flowers :D LOL
(can i just say, the fact that they glittered/glowed/sparkled when they made their first appearance on the show is SUCH an edward cullen thing to do :P :P)
I'm such an AZN.

do you think the boyband stage is necessary for all modern pop music industries? like a rite of passage of some sort?

absolutely. the boyband is the winning formula.

the masses are conditioned to it already. it has come to the point that music becomes 'popular' only when there's a goodlooking group of singing guys/girls with matching outfits, dance routines and catchy lyrics.

they sing AND dance. that's the minimum expectation for any artist that's out there, to sell records. you KNOW that with a boyband youre guaranteed to get both.

i think the natural progression is like this: folk/community music- pop music- alternative

once ppl have become saturated with pop they look for "alternatives" literally and figuratively. yeah, its just a stage the music industry has to go through, but its a symbiotic relationship that benefits both the industry and the consumers.

Entertainment is the end in mind (well actually it's consumerism :P)

What a post! I still like "10 out of 10 Points" the most, the whole dance was cool wasn't it? :D :D

p.s. I haven't been following Queen's Club tournament but I'm quite sure, quite quite sure, that Murray will go far this time!

You wanna play tennis tgt sometime soon?

yes! i agree! anything with a "throw your hands in the air like you just don't care like you just don't care" move WINS. though the dance for Again & Again is slicker..

plus there's a lot more chansung in the 10 out of 10 vid HAHHAA. (yes he's my fave :P)

murray won! twas a bit shocking that he was the first brit to do it since fred perry though..woah. that's just..woah.

good year for the brits in the sporting world eh? JENSON BUTTON for instance. his only saving grace is that he's british.
