and its the first season with returning character Donna Noble (tate), whom i personally think is the oddest choice for his companion ever. frankly, billie piper was an odd choice, but now its just getting strange..then again, Rose (piper) was incredibly endearing and i found myself rooting for her more often than not.
Series 4 already!! and apparently Rose is set to make an appearance in 3/4 episodes. coolzxzz. Wish the promo pic didn't like something out of harry potter though -__-
