CHELSEA TV EXCLUSIVE: JT - STORIES UPSET ME
John Terry has spoken publicly for the first time since the departure of José Mourinho. He chose Chelsea TV as the place for his reaction to the recent changes and newspaper stories concerning our skipper.

'It was a bit of a shock to us all and it has been a difficult time over the last week or so,' Terry said on the subject of Mourinho leaving, 'but we picked ourselves up against Hull and we got the result we needed.

'Now we need three points and it would be nice to get back to winning ways, especially against London rivals.

'We all realise how special and great the manager was,' he continued, 'but as a club we need to move on now. We can't dwell on that or it will affect our performances and our results.
'There have been some bad things written and some very false and untrue things written about me and about the manager's departure, associating me with it. It is complete rubbish. I would have liked to have spoken about it earlier but because we are taking legal action against two newspapers, it has been difficult.

'I know some fans have been frustrated that I haven't personally spoken. I would have loved to have done so and I am speaking a lot in my programme notes on Saturday.'

Terry indicated that he is likely to discuss the subject further once he receives apologies for untrue reports.

'I loved the manager, I can only say great things about him. He was great for me personally, and for the club with what he achieved here and what we achieved under him as a group of players.

'I am very upset by the stories. I think the fans know that I am very loyal to the club and everyone associated with Chelsea and I always will be. I will continue to love Chelsea and we will go from here.'

what is allegiance?
what is loyalty?

i have lost grasp of that concept. i question my own dedication to the club. we are nothing without mourinho

let us also remember the great players of the past few years who have left us for greener pastures (or otherwise)

Hernan Crespo (Inter Milan)- his flare, mind boggling goal scoring ability (karate kid pls)

Eidur Gudjohnson (Barca)- extremely versatile and made memorable goals. dammit, if barca wants him then you know he's excellent lah

Asier Del Horno (Athletic Bilbao)- i reeaaaaally liked him. played the flanks with such deftness and controlled ferocity

Damien Duff (Newcastle)-he was out of favour most of the 05-06 season but when he was called upon, he did a mighty fine job.

Robert Huth (Boro)- Not a favourite. i guess he was outshone by the rest of the (one time)stellar defence

Lassana Diarra (Arsenal)- pint-sized and power packed. i wish he hadn't left *sulk* so small, but tackles bravely and commits to challenges. a bit like philipp lahm, kel!

Maniche (Atletico Madrid)- dependable 3 times out of 5. didn't take much notice of him though *shrug*

William Gallas (Arsenal)- So much drama with this fella! he really got bastarded when his no.13 kit got given to Ballack (ouch) and then he was the traded for Cashley Cole. And now look at him, doing so well with the gunners. sighhhh. i wish he hadn't gone either. cashley go make out with your wife or something >_<

Arjen Robben (Real Madrid)- the most heartbreaking loss cos he was an asset to the team..he's gonna shine at Madrid i tell you! his style, his fluidity of play and his skeeel (skill). AIYAAA damn wasted lah

in other news...
Suni + Kurd = Surd, a new iraqi faction. (HAHAAA su! too much mathematikss)
