"So, you wanna sign for the team yeah?"
"Yes sir, Mr. John Terry sir!"
*signs shirt and passes it to JT*
"Nice one, anjax. Is that supposed to be a 'g' in the middle?"
"Uh...no, but whatever you say Mr. Terry sir :D "
"well then, put yer name on the back"
-the finished product.
it was a toss-up between 5 and 14, but 14 won. but before that i had to decide if it was gonna be just Ragu or A.Ragu.
damn tough decisions i have to make eh?

go have your own fun at www.adidas.com/football (this is for you, Charlene Torres) You can sign for Pool oso, so it's for you too Siv. at the portal for liverpool, you can choose btwn xabi, gerrard, kuyt and torres as the person who comes up to you to hand you the shirt and what not, whereas at the chelsea portal you get either Joe Cole, JT, Lampsy or Ballack.
and while you're at it, and if you LOVE footie adverts and do nothing but watch footie ads all day (hi5!):

there're actually 3 in the series, but this is my favourite cos its got Mourinho (LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.), Messi, Villa, Poldi (woo!) and Robben (whom i miss sorely). there's a bit where poldi and villa ask the kids to take sides for a 6-on-6 and Poldi is all "Allemagne, Allemagne", almost coercingly Lol, while Villa doesn't have to try very hard when he calls them over to the Espana side. and then Robben takes the kids round the Bernabéu and shows em Raul's golden boot and the next day they get to follow the players out on the pitch at the start of one of Real's matches *jealous* i've always wanted to be one of those little little kids who get to hold the players' hands, and get their hair ruffled lovingly- but in this situation the kids were tweens/teens who got to walk out with the players and kneel infront of them so that they wouldn't block the line-up as "Himno del Real Madrid" played ; which made it all the more relevant to I, who am no longer a little kid.
the san marino film though, has Lahm! who is lovely cos he speaks german slowly and clearly. but dont worry, got subtitles.
it makes me feel inadequate about not being able to play footie of all sports. fail lah anjax. all the more i feel i have no right to comment on a sport that i can't even play. but that's a different story.
PLUS, there's a particular baile funk track used throughout the film (the upbeat one) that's typical Diplo. i can't confirm yet if it's him or not, but i feel it inside ya'll!
my fave footie ad though, has got to be Jose +10..followed closely by the pepsi World Cup ad in bavaria.
