stop me if you think that you've heard this one before

pre!
westminster abbey ya'll! aka the spot from which some CNN dude (drats can't rmb his name)reported that there was a moving truck outside 10 Downing Street on tuesday aka the day Blair got kicked out. i dunno, i didn't really mind him. but then again, i dont know what i'm talking about so just ignore me :)

anyways, this morning i finally started taking the bus back to school in the morning so P.A.A.Ls(pre.anj.anisha.lou.) was reunited. sort of. and we were talking about SingFest and exclaiming "'Wah! Why suddenly Singapore so cool ah?!". well look at the lineup for starters..SUGAR RAY (long live the 90's!), PET SHOP BOYS (AAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!! *shrieks like a banshee*), Gym Class Heroes, Cobra Starship, Avenged Sevenfold (no waaay!), Black Eyed Peas...you see what i mean? on august 8 and 9.

then pre mentioned that "cast of heroes" was coming too. and i very innocently asked "oh who're they? never heard of em". The cast of HEROES lah anjaaaaax! *facepalm* cos i thought they were a band! but hey, quite cool if they formed a band innit? Cast Of Heroes, C.O.H... their hit single would be "Save the cheerleader; save the world" with that Claire girl on vocals(she sang some disney movie song okay! got street cred sial. and can i just say that that black coat with white piping that she's been wearing the last 2 episodes is GORGEOUS), Mica on the turntables (electro god mah), the Petrelli brothers on guitars(cos they look like ex grunge kids), hiro on keyboards(the kid from school of rock remember?), mohinder on tabla, D.L Sanders as the M.C (mic check 1,2,1,2) and matt parkman on drums. he just looks like the drummer sort. Nicky Sanders can be the groupie. i haven't thought of positions for the rest but when i do i shall ETA this entry.

speaking of bands, the remaining Beatles and George's and John's wives were on Larry King the other day in line with the one year anniversary of Cirque Du Soleil's "Love" (which is a cirque production based on Beatles songs). what a marriage of 2 class acts. i love cirque to death and have been to every single one that has come to our fair shores and i hope to God "Love" comes too. If not i'll just have to hit Las Vegas and watch the permanent staging of Love there instead. Vegas is cool ok. not only cos what happens in vegas stays in vegas but also cos there's fantastic entertainment for all ages. plus i'm legal *grin* umm...yeah. one of the highlights was that Macca played the chorus of Dance Tonight on his mandolin when they returned from break..just a lil snippet but aaaaaaaahhhhh!! :D and Larry addressed Ringo as George. idiot. Macca was miffed but Ringo was all "aw give him a break". but more than anything it was quite a treat to see macca and starr in suits and sneakers talking so candidly and giving Larry a hard time (some of his questions were poorly expressed and he didn't do too good a job of facilitating honestly)

and next i shall do a mark ronson post cos i miss posting and have had to put it off for that little thing called last minute mugging.

drinking Hennesey with Morrissey -M.Ronson <3

one more thing i learnt today. jeanette means business and is genuinely arghified if she hits you with a stack of Econs notes. but i still love ya!
