it'll take you a couple of vodka and tonics, to set you on your feet again

i can't for the life of me find a pic with the chelsea boys at the UEFA Champions League group draw in monaco a couple of days ago !__!

Cech won Goalkeeper of the year, JT won defender of the year, and Lampsy won midfielder of the year. BEST IN EUROPE THANK YOU VERY MUCH! So proud of our boys, right char!as voted by compatriots, coaches and managers. some fag known as C.Ron won best forward (everybody puke in unison, right about...NOW)..please lah..he looked fkin gay, with his brows all tweezed and his pants so tight and his hair dripping with styling products and bling bling-ing during his acceptance speech in which he invented a new word: Magnificous. well done. thanks for the laughs C.Ron.

ok forget about him. the thing is, after the winners were announced they stayed on stage to conduct the draw..so yes, Chelsea FC has a big hand in determing their champs league future inadvertently, even though its all left up to chance when they pick a ball out of the pot. The beautiful thing is that the very first ball that Cech drew was the slip of paper that said Chelsea :D haha..even the director who was conducting the draw was like "well done Petr *grin*"

oh well. can't watch champs league anymore lah KNN. i'm not gonna get fkin MioTV just to watch it. this SUCKS. BIG TIME.

in other news, i passed my driving woohooooo. strangely i wasn't as half as nervous as i was when i went to take my Final Theory Test. it was surreal how everything happened, from the fact that it started raining only after i got in the car with the tester -__-, to striking the S course kerb (kenah 10 points just like that. max you can get is 20), to going to the Tester's office and him messing with my mind making me think that i'd failed, to being told that i passed and grinning like a moron as i went to watch the video they make you watch if you pass, to getting to drive myself to tuition a couple of hours later (with vivek in the backseat threatening to get out and take the bus to tuition himself when he found out that i was driving. you see what a supportive bro i have netta?!).

driving in an MPV though, totally messes up your spatial, width and sometimes even depth perception. yes shara, i know i'm not driving a Yellow Submarine, but it sure feels like it. it's totally embarassing for my dad though, cos the P-plate stickers for 1st year drivers is very prominently displayed and it makes it look like as if he's a noob driver even though he's been doing it for 30 years :P

another thing is that the car is way more powerful than the test centre car which has a 1.4 litre engine..so touch the accelerator a bit only and you're off.
"Eh dont press so much laarrr!"
"sorry sorry" =$

my gramma was very proud of me for getting my licence. she promised to give offerings to Amman on my behalf. she knows what a tough time i've been having and has been praying very hard for me. It means alot to me to have accomplished something meaningful after a drought of sorts, and to have taken a teeny step in overcoming the self doubt that has been a plague upon me.
