to the tunes of Jay Hova at Glasto- hands down the best set at Glasto this year, whatever i managed to watch that is. espesh cos he started the set with a rendition of..Wonderwall. Just like Edith Bowman said the day before, he was gonna have the crowd eating out of his hand within the first 2o seconds.
HA!! gallagher brother kenah bastard :P
he killed it out there with a set that included 99 problems, Roc Boys, Izzo, Show Me What You Got (aka the Wanlin song), Um-ber-rella-eh-eh-eh..it was SO RAD just watching it streamed, just imagine what it mus've been like there itself!
i take back what i said about rap being out of place at the event. *hits self and kowtows to J-Hova*
Foals was weird..i dunno. but they strung it together and it worked,i daresay!
even the ting tings were well decent :)
hot chip must be seen live
they put lupe fiasco on the jazz stage- whut??
mark ronson's set was way more fleshed out this year (ooh wee)
no proper vids of hadouken set : but they covered Breathe by The Prodigy :D
the cribs. nice one lads.
Lightspeed Champion used the Imperial March (darth vader's theme) and the main star wars theme as transitions lol
MGMT performed Kids, that's all i need to know.
UNKLE was there too. damn.
The Verve on the final day kept things legit, knowwhati'msayin?
and now for some sick beats.
